The Advance Provisioning Allowance is typically set at 30–35% of the base charter fee and covers fuel, food, beverages, premium berthing fees – Port Hercules berths during events can be substantial – and all additional onboard expenses. Your captain manages the fund and provides a full itemised accounting at the end; any unused balance is refunded to you.
