Submit your yacht
Eight quick questions. Nothing is published without your agreement.
What happens next
- 1
Tell us about her
The essentials only – what she is, how big she is and where she sits. It takes about two minutes.
- 2
A specialist reviews her
We look at how she fits the destinations, seasons and guest numbers we are asked for most, and check her against the yachts already chartering in her area.
- 3
We come back to you
With an honest read on her charter potential and, if it is a fit, exactly what we would need to take her to market.
What we will ask for later
Nothing below is needed to submit her. It is simply what a charter listing eventually needs, so you know what is coming.
- A set of professional photographs, interior and exterior
- Her specification – build year, cabins, berths, tenders and toys
- Crew details and how many she sleeps
- Weekly rate and what it includes
- Where she will be, season by season
- Insurance and charter certification
Questions owners ask us
What kind of yachts do you take?
Motor yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans, crewed and charter-ready. We charter across more than 70 countries, so a yacht in an unusual cruising ground is worth submitting rather than assuming she does not fit.
Does it cost anything to submit my yacht?
No. Submitting your yacht for review is free and puts you under no obligation. If we take her on, commercial terms are set out in writing and agreed with you before anything is published.
Do I have to be the owner?
No. Captains, yacht managers and brokers acting for an owner are all welcome to submit. Tell us your connection to the yacht on the form so we know who we are speaking to.
How do I send photos and a specification?
Paste a link to them on the form – Dropbox, Google Drive and WeTransfer all work. There is no upload on this page, which keeps the form quick to complete on a phone and means large photo sets are never the reason a submission fails.
Do I give up control of my calendar?
No. You approve every enquiry before anything is confirmed, and your availability stays yours to set.
How long does the review take?
You will hear from a charter specialist within 24 hours. A full assessment, including where she would charter best and what she could realistically achieve, usually follows within a few working days.
