About M55

A beach club brings M55 down to the level of the sea, and a FunAir water slide turns the drop from deck to water into the quickest way in, so the sea belongs to her layout and is not only the view from it. She is a 135ft (41m) superyacht from Yildiz, built in 2020, and one of only two yachts from her builder on Boatcrowd.

Water toys

Her tender is Skipper, a 43ft (13m) chase boat with two inboard Volvo engines that carries the party ashore. Two Seadoo jet skis, a Rotax xps300 and a Spark Trixx, put two riders out together, and three Seabobs mean three more at once; an Awake foilboard, a paddleboard, an inflatable paddleboard and two kayaks make up the quieter end of the toy list. For towing there are a Jobe wakeboard, a single and a double water ski, a Ringo and a banana, and alongside an inflatable trampoline and a Jobe floating pool she carries a baby pool and a baby playhouse for swimming for the youngest aboard.

Where she cruises

Monte Carlo in Monaco is her home port, and a hire of M55 begins there. From it she operates across Monaco, France, Italy and Greece, four countries of Mediterranean coastline with open sea between them.

Accommodation and crew

Six staterooms sleep twelve guests, with the master cabin on the main deck, and she takes the same twelve by day, so the party that sleeps aboard is the whole party she carries. A crew of seven runs her for those twelve guests.

Comfort under way

Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady when she is stopped as well as when she is moving, so a night at anchor has far less roll in it, and under way she cruises at 11 knots with 13 knots available; July and August are the height of her year.

On deck

The deck jacuzzi and the swimming pool keep guests in water without leaving the deck, while the swim platform drops them straight into the sea, and a gym on board means training need not pause for the week.

Charter notes

M55 suits two couples or a family with children, and divers in particular will find her ready for them: alongside snorkelling gear she carries scuba equipment with fins in seven sizes, from small feet to large, so seven divers can be fitted out from what she carries rather than from what they packed.
