Sairu Superyacht

The beach club on Sairu is built around a glass-walled 5m swimming pool, with fold-out balconies that open its decking over the water and a lift that serves every level of her. She is a Riva 54 Metri, a 177ft (54m) superyacht built in 2025 with a lightweight aluminium hull, and Officina Italiana Design drew both her exterior and her interior.

Water toys

Two tenders travel with her, a 43' Sacs chase boat with a dedicated chase boat captain among her crew and a 20' Williams jet tender, so there are two boats to go ashore in. Fourteen toys ride with them: two Seadoo Spark Trixx jet skis for two riders at a time, four sea scooters, two Fliteboards, two 10ft Jobe paddleboards and four two-seater Jobe kayaks, along with a towable to be pulled and masks, fins and snorkels for whoever wants to look beneath the surface.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Monte Carlo in Monaco, and in the Mediterranean she is offered in France, Italy, Malta and Spain. On the French side that gives her the beaches and boutiques of Saint-Tropez and Cannes, and Corsica adds the Genoese citadel at Calvi, the coves of Golfo de Sagone for swimming off a quiet beach and the cliffs at Bonifacio. Sardinia brings the clear water of La Maddalena and the harbour at Porto Cervo. In the Caribbean she works St Barths, Antigua and Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Grenadines, harbours in the first two and sheltered anchorages in the others, and the Bahamas as well.

Accommodation and crew

Ten guests sleep in five suites, a master stateroom with a king bed, two queen cabins and two doubles, with room for twelve aboard through the day, and her peak weeks fall between December and March and again through July and August. A crew of twelve looks after them, more crew than guests, and it includes a chef, four stewardesses and a separate captain for the chase boat.

Comfort under way

Twin MTU engines push the aluminium hull of Sairu to a 15-knot cruise with 18 knots available, and her stabilisers work at zero speed as well as under way, so the roll is taken out at anchor as much as on passage. She is classed with Lloyd's Register.

On deck

The sun deck carries a jacuzzi and sun pads for lying out in the open, and a gym with a running machine, a bike, yoga mats and light free weights on request means nobody has to stop training while she is away from land.

Charter notes

Sairu suits two couples or a family, with her hire offered by the week or for a shorter charter, and her shallow draft lets her anchor in the shallow bays and secluded coves of her cruising grounds, so she can lie close in to a beach.
