Five reasons clients charter with us
The newest-generation fleet
We concentrate on recently built yachts – modern hulls, contemporary interiors, current stabilisation and onboard technology. Newer yachts mean better comfort, efficiency and reliability, and a materially better week on board.
Direct relationships, better access
We work directly with owners, captains and management companies rather than through long broker chains – accurate availability, current pricing, and real answers to the questions that matter.
Destinations and seasons, known first-hand
From the Mediterranean and Caribbean to Southeast Asia, our team charters the waters we sell. We'll steer you to the right cruising ground for the right month, so the yacht and the timing fit the trip you have in mind.
Handled end to end
One point of contact from first enquiry to final itinerary. We coordinate the yacht, the crew brief, the route and the details – so the only thing left for you is the week itself.
Pricing you can trust
Clear, direct pricing and honest advice on where your budget goes furthest, by season, destination and yacht. No inflated list prices, no pressure.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of yachts can I charter with Boatcrowd?
We specialise in the newest generation of crewed luxury yachts – motor yachts, superyachts and catamarans, typically from 80 to 180 feet. Every yacht is professionally operated with a full crew aboard.
Where can I charter?
Across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, the South Pacific and the Americas – 72 countries in all, from the French Riviera and Greece to the British Virgin Islands, Thailand and Tahiti.
When is the best time to charter?
The Mediterranean season runs from May to October, with July and August at their liveliest and the shoulder months quieter. The Caribbean is at its finest from December to April. The two seasons are complementary, so there is somewhere wonderful to charter almost year-round.
What is included in a crewed charter?
The yacht and its professional crew – captain, chef, and interior and deck crew – plus chef-prepared dining, the yacht's water toys and tenders, and a bespoke itinerary. We coordinate every detail from first enquiry to disembarkation.
How does charter pricing work?
Most charters are priced as a base fee for the yacht and crew, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) that covers running costs such as fuel, food, drink and mooring – charged at cost and reconciled with receipts at the end. Crew gratuity and any park fees are separate; some Caribbean charters are quoted all-inclusive. We set it all out clearly before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak dates – the Mediterranean summer, or the Caribbean over the festive season – the finest yachts are often reserved six to twelve months ahead. For shoulder-season trips, a few months is usually enough. The earlier you plan, the better the choice.
Do I need any sailing experience?
None at all. Every charter is fully crewed – your captain runs the yacht and the crew looks after everything on board, so you are free to simply enjoy the trip.
