Olivia Superyacht

A jacuzzi on the sun deck is the open-air fact of Olivia, a 121ft (37m) superyacht from Majesty Yachts delivered in 2023, and what moves her is a pair of CAT engines fitted with SCR exhaust systems. She is laid out over three decks, with a beach club that also serves as her tender garage.

Comfort under way

Electric fin stabilisers keep her level, and they are made for zero speed as much as for passage, so the roll that would otherwise reach the guests is cut back whether she is lying still or moving. Those engines take her to 20 knots flat out, and 13 knots is the speed she cruises at.

On deck

Glass does much of the outdoor work: low bulwarks are topped with a glass railing and the hull carries a run of long windows, so the water stays in view from the decks and from inside. The bridge deck has an aft dining area for meals taken in the open, and a second salon sits on the upper deck. A multipurpose ladder extending from the swim platform makes stepping aboard simpler and safer while she is moored.

Water toys

An Olympic OLR 30 SR chase boat carries guests ashore. Two jet skis put two riders on the water at once, two Seabobs and two wakeboards travel with them, and there is an e-foil as well. For quieter water she carries two stand-up paddleboards and two rigid canoes, a towable donut for being pulled along, and snorkelling equipment for a look at what lies under her.

Where she cruises

Monte Carlo in Monaco is Olivia's home port and Nassau her second base, which places her on both sides of the Atlantic. From Monaco she works the coasts of France and Italy, and out of Nassau she has the Bahamas and the Caribbean. There her list runs from St Martin, St Barths and Anguilla and the British Virgin Islands down to the Grenadines and Barbados.

Accommodation and crew

Six cabins sleep twelve guests, and she takes no more than that by day: a king-bedded master on the main deck, a VIP and two more doubles, and two twin cabins, each with its own bathroom. A crew of nine runs her, and a chef in the galley cooks for the party.

Charter notes

Olivia suits two couples as much as a family that fills her, and her charter runs by the week or as a three-day hire at minimum, with her peak in July and August and again from December through March. The twins convert, and each carries a pullman berth, so a family can bring two more than her twelve and still give each of them a bed of their own.
