Yacht Charter in Exuma

Yacht Charter Exuma

Yacht charter Exuma threads you through a 120-mile chain of 365 cays where the water runs so clear you can read the anchor chain at five metres. From the celebrity retreats of Musha Cay to the wild, uninhabited sandbars of Pipe Creek, the Exumas deliver the Bahamas at its most photogenic and exclusive. The charter fleet serving the Exumas includes motor yachts of 68′-98′, superyachts above 100′, and luxury catamarans from 55′, with shallow-draft cats particularly well-suited to the chain’s turquoise banks and cut-through channels between cays. High season runs December through April, with water temperatures around 25 °C and prevailing easterlies of 10 to 18 knots; the shoulder months of November and May see fewer boats on the moorings and gentler pricing.

Rates start from $5,700 per day on a catamaran or mid-size motor yacht and from $10,500 per day on latest-model vessels above 78′, plus 10% Bahamian VAT and APA. Nowhere else in the Caribbean can you swim with the famous pigs of Big Major Cay, glide through Thunderball Grotto’s underwater cathedral of light, drift over the swirling sandbars of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, and anchor beside a private island, all in a single, unhurried week aboard your own private yacht.
