Aqua Life Motor Yacht

Aqua Life puts her master stateroom on the main deck rather than below, and each of the four further staterooms has its own bathroom. She is a 90ft (27m) motor yacht from Horizon, delivered in 2020, and her walk-around bridge deck links the boat deck to the forward seating.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests overnight and twelve can come aboard for the day, with large salon windows keeping the sea in view from inside. A crew of four runs her.

Comfort under way

Stabilisers hold her at anchor and under way, including at zero speed, so there is less roll when she is stopped. A semi-displacement GRP hull with a piercing bow gives a 12-knot cruise, 16 knots flat out, at 182 litres an hour.

On deck

The beach club and swim platform aft give straightforward access to the water, and the flybridge adds open deck above. A gym with an Echelon connected fitness bike is aboard for training.

Water toys

Two Seadoo Spark jet skis take two riders out at once, and two Seabobs, two paddleboards, a wakeboard, a towable tube and a floating island travel with her. The 32ft Scout tender runs guests ashore, and snorkelling gear for ten and light fishing tackle are aboard.

Where she cruises

Exuma in the Bahamas is home port for Aqua Life, and she keeps a second base at St Thomas. Her range takes in the Bahamas and the USA, the Turks and Caicos and the British and US Virgin Islands. Further south she reaches St Barths, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, the Grenadines and Grenada.

Charter notes

She suits two couples or a family, and the hire runs by the week or for a minimum of three days, with January to March and December her busiest months. Scuba equipment for four is carried for rendezvous diving, so four can dive without bringing their own kit.
