Cofina Superyacht

Zero-speed stabilisation is where Cofina starts: her stabilisers work with the yacht stopped, cutting the roll at anchor. Ferretti built this 108ft (32m) superyacht in GRP in 2018, and large picture windows keep her interior bright.

On deck

A jacuzzi sits forward on the sun deck, alongside a sunbathing area, a wet bar and a table for eating outdoors. A rectangular table on the bridge deck aft seats ten, so everyone sleeping aboard can dine together, and the main deck aft has a second, oval table.

Water toys

Two tenders come with her, a 37ft Grady White chase boat and a 15ft Williams jet tender, so there are two ways ashore. The three-seater Wave Runner carries three riders, two Seabobs and two paddleboards each take a pair into the water, and there is snorkelling and fishing gear plus a floating island.

Where she cruises

Exuma in the Bahamas is Cofina's home port, and she works the anchorages of the Bahamas from there. She also cruises to the British Virgin Islands and the USVI, St Barths and on to the Grenadines.

Accommodation and crew

Five staterooms sleep ten, the master on the main deck with its own office, three queens below and a twin. Twelve can be aboard for the day. Six crew run her, her busiest months falling between December and March, more than a crew member for each pair of guests.

Comfort under way

Twin Caterpillar C32 engines give her a 12-knot cruise and 18 knots at the top, and her stabilisers keep working under way, so passages between islands are steadier.

Charter notes

She was built as a family yacht and still suits that, a family hiring her or two couples sharing her, and she can be chartered by the week or for three days, with the swim platform putting the water a step away.
