About Lotus

Fishing gear is carried aboard Lotus, so guests can fish from the boat rather than only swim beside it. She came from Lagoon in 2014, a 52ft (16m) sailing catamaran.

Where she cruises

Mustique is her home port, in the Grenadines, and her cruising takes in the Grenadines, Grenada and Barbados, so a group has more than a single coast to choose from.

Accommodation and crew

Four air-conditioned cabins sleep six guests, and Wi-Fi reaches through the boat, so staying in touch takes no trip ashore. Two crew run her, December through March her busiest months, and that works out at a crew member for every three aboard.

Comfort under way

Lotus cruises at 8 knots and has 14 knots at the top of her range, an unhurried pace for moving from anchorage to anchorage.

Water toys

Six toys travel with her: water skis and a wakeboard, SUP boards for anyone who would rather paddle at their own pace, and snorkelling gear for looking at what lies under the hull. Her beach tender covers the trips ashore.

Charter notes

Lotus suits a family or a group of friends, with six staying aboard, and day and three-day charters run alongside the week's rental. By day she carries twelve, so others can join the six who are sleeping aboard.
