Rise Sailing Catamaran

Rise carries a Highfield 320 tender and can have ten guests aboard for a day on the water. She is a 42ft (13m) sailing catamaran built by Fountaine Pajot in 2020.

Comfort under way

Under sail Rise settles at 7 knots, with 10 knots at her quickest, so covering ground is a slow and deliberate part of the day.

On deck

The swim platform puts the sea a step away, and with a barbecue aboard, a meal can be cooked in the open air.

Water toys

A kneeboard rides with her for anyone who wants to be towed, and there is snorkelling gear for swimming off the boat.

Where she cruises

Rise keeps her home port at St Georges in Grenada, and the Grenadines lie within her range. Further out she works Martinique, Guadeloupe, Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire, so she is not confined to Grenada.

Accommodation and crew

Two cabins, each with a queen bed, sleep four overnight, and a crew of two look after them, a crew member for every couple aboard. The cabins are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi keeps the group in touch.

Charter notes

Two couples travelling together are her natural charter party, with the sailing and the runs ashore in her crew's hands. Hire runs by the week or in three-day blocks, her peak months falling in January, February, March and December, so the time aboard can be sized to what a group has.
