Not an Angel Motor Yacht

Seakeeper NG9 gyroscopic stabilisers work on Not an Angel both at anchor and under way, so the roll is taken out of a long day on the water whether she is moving or lying still. She is a 68ft (21m) Riva Diable motor yacht, new in 2026, with a metallic-grey hull picked out in mahogany, and she was made for exactly those long days at sea.

Comfort under way

Twin MAN V12 engines give her a 28-knot cruise and 40 knots at the top, and she uses 400 litres of fuel an hour, so ground along a coast is covered quickly.

On deck

The cockpit is the centre of life aboard, with two aft-facing sunpads, a pair of C-shaped sofas and a dining area beneath a carbon-fibre hardtop whose sunroof and awning draw back for sun or close over for shade, an ice maker within reach and a sound system that plays outside. Forward there is a second sunbathing area, and the swim platform at her stern puts guests straight into the sea.

Water toys

A Williams SportJet 345 with 90 hp rides in her tender garage and runs guests ashore, and she carries a single Seabob F9s in star white, so one rider has it at a time, along with snorkelling gear for time in the water.

Where she cruises

Not an Angel keeps her home port at Amalfi in Italy, and Italy's coast is the whole of her cruising ground, with July and August the two months at the height of her season. Capri, an island where her builder has been at home for decades, gives her somewhere to anchor off and step ashore, the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Naples give her shoreline to run along, and Sardinia is also among the waters she works.

Accommodation and crew

Two cabins sleep four guests on a queen bed and a double: a full-beam master lit by large windows, with a spacious ensuite, and a VIP cabin at the bow with a raised double bed and its own bathroom. Below deck the saloon is open-plan, a dinette and a full galley finished in warm wenge, leather and steel around a white sofa. Two crew, an experienced Italian captain who is local to these waters and a chief stewardess, look after the four guests.

Charter notes

Not an Angel is offered for charter by the week or as a single day of hire, and by day she can carry twelve guests; overnight she is a boat for two couples, each with a cabin and an ensuite bathroom of its own.
