Princess Motor Yacht

A crew of three looks after six guests aboard Princess, a 68ft (21m) Azimut motor yacht built in 2008 and refitted in 2021, which leaves two guests to each member of the crew.

Snorkelling gear lives aboard, so a swim from the yacht can also be a look at what lies under the surface.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Dubai, and the coast of the United Arab Emirates is her nearest cruising ground. Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait lie within her range too, and so do the Maldives: five countries in all, which gives a group more than the home shoreline to choose from.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins take the six who stay the night. A queen berth and twin beds make up the sleeping arrangement, all of it air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi reaches through the yacht, which keeps a family in touch with home.

Comfort under way

She settles at 25 knots and holds 34 in reserve, so a longer run is over sooner, her busiest months falling in January, February and March and again in November and December.

Charter notes

Princess suits a family or friends travelling together, and she is available for half-day and full-day hire as well as for longer stays; with as many as 33 aboard by day, a whole gathering can be on the water at the same time.
