About Far & Away

A king cabin, a queen and two twins make up the four rooms below on Far & Away, a 66ft (20m) motor yacht that came out of the Princess yard in 2019.

On deck

Her swim platform brings the deck down to the sea, and that is the difference between stepping into the water and climbing into it.

Water toys

A 12ft Williams Jet Tender travels with her and takes guests ashore, and snorkelling gear is kept aboard for the time spent over the side.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Corfu and her cruising stays within Greece, where July and August are her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Eight guests sleep aboard with a crew of two looking after them, and air conditioning and Wi-Fi reach through the boat, so the cabins stay cool and nobody loses touch with home.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 18 knots and has 24 at the top, which leaves speed in hand rather than everything at full stretch.

Charter notes

Far & Away suits a family or a group of friends putting a week together in Greece. The charter need not run a full week, though: three days works, and so does a single day's hire, with twelve aboard by day so a wider group can come out on the water.
