La Luna Motor Yacht

A king bed, a queen and a twin that converts to a double make up the three cabins of La Luna, a 68ft (22m) motor yacht built by Sirena Yachts in 2023. By day she carries up to twelve, so a group larger than the party sleeping aboard can join her for a day on the water, and that figure shapes what a week aboard her can be for a family or a set of friends.

Accommodation and crew

Eight guests sleep aboard overnight, looked after by a crew of three who run her as well as serve the party. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout, so the cabins stay cool and phones and laptops keep working.

Comfort under way

Two Volvo engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and 17 knots when pressed, so the miles between anchorages pass quickly for a boat of her length.

On deck

A swim platform puts the sea a step from her deck, and swimming from La Luna is a matter of stepping off rather than climbing down.

Water toys

An 11ft Williams Jet Tender carries the party ashore and back, a single SUP board gives a rider at a time a quiet way to move about on the water, and snorkelling gear is aboard for whoever wants to see what lies below the surface.

Where she cruises

La Luna has her home port at Bodrum in Turkey and cruises the waters of Turkey and Greece, so a charter with her can take in the shores of either country.

Charter notes

She suits a family or a group of friends, and beyond the full week, with July and August her peak months, she can be booked for three days, which gives the same party a shorter way to hire her.
