Duchess Motor Yacht

Duchess carries a Seabob, a single machine that says more about her than any cabin count: she is a boat for getting her guests into the sea rather than looking at it from a deck. She is a 63ft (19m) Bluegame motor yacht built in 2024, drawn so that the water stays in view even from inside.

On deck

Her outdoor space is divided into distinct areas: a large beach platform at water level, a dining area on the main deck, a sundeck laid with mattresses and a more secluded area on the bow. The platform puts the sea a step away whenever she is stopped, and the dining area gives the party a table in the open air. Inside there are two saloons, one at platform level and a second on the main deck, laid out so the group is never obliged to share a single room.

Water toys

A 13ft Williams tender runs the party ashore and tows the water skis and the inflatable toys, and snorkelling gear is aboard for anyone who would rather look at what lies under the surface than skim over it.

Where she cruises

Mykonos is her home port and Greece her cruising ground, with the height of her season falling in July and August; she does not leave Greece, so a week aboard keeps to the coast and waters of a single country.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins on the lower deck sleep six guests: a master and a VIP cabin, each with its own bathroom, and a third fitted with bunk beds. By day she can take twelve aboard, so a larger circle than sleeps on her can join for the day, and a crew of two look after everyone.

Comfort under way

Under way Duchess cruises at 25 knots with 31 available when needed, using 400 litres of fuel an hour, and that pace brings more of the coast within reach.

Charter notes

Duchess suits a family or a party of friends for whom a charter is a way into the sea rather than a place to sit above it. Her hire runs by the week, and it is the Seabob, the tender and that platform at water level that make the case for her.
