Curfew II Motor Yacht

Umbrellas, teak tables, hammocks, coolers and a grill go ashore with Curfew II, along with large speakers and a solar-powered Starlink unit, so a day on the beach is set up as fully as a day aboard.

Where she cruises

Cabo San Lucas in Mexico is her home port, and she works the coasts of Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize and Panama, so a group can anchor along several countries of coast.

Accommodation and crew

Five suites sleep ten guests, with room for twelve aboard during the day. The primary stateroom takes the full beam of the main deck, with a king bed, a lounge, an enclosed office and a bathtub in the en suite. Four more staterooms sit below, king beds in all but the twin, each with its own bathroom. Seven crew look after them, and her busiest months are January, February and December.

Comfort under way

A steel hull and NAIAD zero-speed stabilisers steady this 104ft (32m) Mengi Yay motor yacht at anchor as well as under way, so there is less roll aboard, and she cruises at 10 knots with 12 available.

On deck

The sundeck carries a raised Jacuzzi, a bar with stools and a marble table that seats ten outdoors, with sun pads in the bow lounge; inside, an overhead projector turns the main salon into a cinema.

Water toys

A 27ft (8.3m) Brig Eagle 8 with a 250 HP Yamaha tows behind, and a 13ft (3.9m) AB ALX with a 40 HP Yamaha stays aboard for runs ashore. Four Seabobs, an E-Jet surf, two paddleboards, a wakeboard and inflatable towables stow in the transom, and the swim platform works as a fishing station.

Charter notes

Curfew II suits two couples travelling together or a family, with hire by the week or shorter, and her beach club opens onto the water, so a swim is a short step.
