Dutch Motor Yacht

A jet ski and a Seabob travel with Dutch, so guests have their own power in the water each time she anchors. She is a motor yacht of 78ft (24m), built by Ferretti in 2019.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, and she also cruises to Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Four coastlines, the United Arab Emirates included, give guests a choice of shores to anchor off rather than a single stretch.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep eight overnight in a king, a double and two twin rooms, and by day she can carry 20 aboard. A crew of three runs her, and her peak months are January, February, November and December.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 16 knots with 23 knots available, so there is speed in hand when the next anchorage lies a long way off. Air conditioning runs throughout and Wi-Fi reaches the cabins, which keeps the interior comfortable and the group in touch.

On deck

The swim platform makes the sea easy to get into and easier to climb back out of, which is what a swimming stop asks for.

Water toys

Four toys come with her: alongside the jet ski and the Seabob there is snorkelling gear for the shallows, and a 12ft tender to run people ashore.

Charter notes

Dutch suits a family filling all four cabins or friends sharing them, and hiring her crewed puts the toys, the tender and the water at the centre of the week rather than the running of the boat.
