Atlantika Motor Sailer

Atlantika uses 130 litres of fuel an hour, a figure that follows from what she is: a 131ft (40m) motor sailer from Cantieri Navali, launched in 2013 and refitted in 2022, and yachts from that yard are scarce, 3 of them across the fleet.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots with 12 knots at the top, so the coast stays in view instead of slipping past.

On deck

A swim platform gives the party a way straight into the sea, and air conditioning in the staterooms with WiFi throughout keep the hours spent aboard comfortable.

Water toys

A 14ft Grand tender takes people ashore and back, a Seadoo jet ski is aboard for whoever wants to ride, and snorkelling gear makes the water beside her as much a part of the day as the deck.

Where she cruises

Bodrum in Turkey is her home port, and she cruises the waters of Turkey and Greece, which gives a group the shorelines of two countries to anchor off.

Accommodation and crew

Five staterooms – three doubles and two twins – sleep 10 guests, and six crew run her, so a full party still has help at hand.

Charter notes

Atlantika is hired a week at a time, July and August her peak months, and a charter aboard suits a family or two couples looking to be looked after. Twelve can be aboard by day, more than sleep in her staterooms, so the group on deck can be bigger than the group in the cabins.
