How much does a yacht charter in Turkey cost?
Charter pricing has a reputation for being deliberately opaque. It is not, once you know the four things you are actually paying for. This page sets out how a charter in Turkey is priced, what sits inside the headline figure and what sits outside it, so that you can read a quote and know whether it is a fair one before you speak to anyone.
The figures come from the fleet we represent in Turkey and are refreshed nightly. They are the shape of the market rather than a quote: a binding quote comes from the yacht owner or operator company for your specific dates.
A charter is priced by the yacht for the whole boat, not per person. Typical week rates: 80 to 100 ft, $24,514 to $56,031. 160 ft and above, $124,320 to $510,000. Typical day rates: 80 to 100 ft, $4,086 to $8,755. 160 ft and above, $19,456 to $65,837. On top of the charter fee, budget around 30% for the APA, 20% KDV and a discretionary crew gratuity of around 10%.
What You Are Actually Paying For
A crewed charter has four parts. Only the first is the figure you see advertised, which is why a quote can look like a surprise when it is really just the same charter written out in full.

- APA 30% of the charter fee

What Sets the Price in Turkey
- Where charters board
Charters in Turkey board at D-Marin Turgutreis (Bodrum), Göcek, Netsel Marmaris Marina, Fethiye, and nights alongside are paid out of the APA rather than billed on top of the charter fee.
- Getting to the boat
The long-haul airport is Milas–Bodrum Airport (BJV), 30–40 min by road to Bodrum, and transfers are arranged by the crew rather than included in the charter fee.
- When the season runs
The charter season in Turkey runs Apr – Oct, the peak weeks are Jun – Sep, and summer sea temperature is around 23–27°C. The Turquoise Coast enjoys one of the Mediterranean's longest seasons, with sheltered gulfs around Göcek and Bodrum that stay calm even in high summer.
