Namaste 1 Luxury Catamaran

Six sets of scuba gear live aboard Namaste 1, enough for all six guests she sleeps to be underwater at the same time, and a Flyboard travels with them. She is a 78ft (23m) luxury catamaran from Privilege, built in 2016 and refitted in 2023.

Water toys

Three Seabobs are aboard, so three guests can take to them at once, and there are two paddleboards, a kayak, water skis, a wakeboard, a kneeboard and towables besides. An inflatable platform goes in the water for swimmers, snorkelling and fishing kit are stowed, and the 16ft VEGA tender runs people ashore, e-bikes included.

Where she cruises

Her charter range starts at Bequia, her home port in the Grenadines, and reaches St Lucia, Grenada, Martinique and Guadeloupe. St Martin, St Barths, Anguilla and Antigua and Barbuda are open to her too, so a group can choose its landfalls rather than settle for a single bay.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins sleep six between a king bed and two queens, and a crew of four looks after that small a party.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots and tops out at 14, drawing 30 litres of fuel an hour, and her busiest months fall in January, February, March and December.

On deck

A jacuzzi sits out on deck, and the swim platform makes the move from boat to sea a short step. Below, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a pair of consoles, an X-box and a PS4, keep the inside comfortable and connected.

Charter notes

Hire runs by the week, and she suits a family or a group of friends who dive their way through the Grenadines and beyond: six sleeping aboard and sixteen aboard by day, so the group can stay small overnight and grow for a day on the water.
