Hecht Yeah Motor Yacht
About Hecht Yeah
Twelve guests can be aboard Hecht Yeah for the day, and a 2024 refit brought this 82ft (25m) Sunseeker, built in 2006, back up to date.
Accommodation and crew
Four cabins sit below: a queen, a pair of twins and a bunk cabin. Eight guests sleep aboard and a crew of three runs her, and Wi-Fi reaches through the boat so the group stays in touch with home.
Comfort under way
She cruises at 35 knots, which keeps the time spent travelling short. A desalinator makes her own fresh water, so the tanks do not depend on a dock.
On deck
The swim platform puts the sea a step away, easy for getting in and out without a ladder scramble, and canvas shades give a covered spot outside for those who have had enough sun.
Water toys
Five toys travel with her, among them a SUP, lazy floaters, snorkelling kit and fishing tackle, so a morning can be spent paddling, looking at the reef or working a line. Her tender handles the trips ashore.
Where she cruises
Vieques is her home port, and she cruises Puerto Rico. Of the yachts based in Puerto Rico she is the longest, and her peak months are January, February, March and December.
Charter notes
Hecht Yeah suits a family, or friends travelling as a group, who want the boat shaped around the time they have. Half days, full days, three-day trips and a week's hire are all on offer, which lets the same motor yacht cover a short outing or a proper stay.
