Sea Scape Motor Yacht

A refit in 2022 gave Sea Scape her present interior, contemporary in style and bright through the day from the large windows set along her. She is a 64ft (20m) Sunseeker motor yacht from 2009, and with the galley on the lower deck the main deck is left to the saloon and to entertaining.

Water toys

Her 12ft tender takes guests ashore, and snorkelling gear is aboard, the swim platform turning a swim into a simple step down.

Where she cruises

Phuket is her home port, and from there she cruises the Andaman Sea in Thailand, along with Malaysia and Myanmar. The islands of the Butang archipelago are within her reach, and trips are shaped around what guests want to see rather than a set route.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins sleep six guests in a king, a queen and a twin, the bow stateroom with its own ensuite and the twin across from the galley with a bathroom that doubles as the day head. A crew of three works aboard, a crew member for every two guests.

Comfort under way

Two Caterpillar engines give her a 22-knot cruise with 32 knots in hand, so a longer stretch of water costs less of the day.

On deck

Wide, gently sloping stairs climb from the aft cockpit to the flybridge, shaded by a bimini, where a large U-shaped lounge has space for all aboard and a sunpad sits beside the upper helm; a second sunpad sits on the foredeck.

Charter notes

Sea Scape suits a family or a group of friends, and the hire can run to a week, three days or a day, her strongest months being January, February, March and December. By day she can carry 20, so a wider circle can come out on the water with her.
