Estia Motor Yacht

A jet ski and two paddleboards head the list of what Estia keeps for the water: one guest can ride out at speed while two more paddle off under their own power. She is an 87ft (26m) Sanlorenzo motor yacht from 2022.

Water toys

Water skis and snorkelling gear are aboard as well, and a 13ft tender carries people ashore, so the group is not confined to the boat once the anchor is down.

Where she cruises

Estia's home port is La Spezia in Italy, and she works the Italian coast and on into France, which gives a group two countries of shoreline to follow rather than one.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep eight: a queen, a double and two twins, so the beds can be shared out to suit the party rather than four rooms of the same shape. Three crew run her, her peak falling in July and August.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 20 knots with 23 at the top end, burning 375 litres an hour, which puts a long stretch of coast within range in a single move.

On deck

A swim platform brings swimmers down to sea level and makes getting back aboard straightforward. Air conditioning runs through the interior and Wi-Fi reaches across the boat, so guests can stay in contact while they are away.

Charter notes

She suits a family or a group of friends of up to eight, and she is offered for hire by the week, with three days the shortest stay. By day she can carry twelve, so more people can join the eight aboard for the hours on the water.
