Antheya III Superyacht

Bernard Olesinski drew both the exterior of Antheya III and the hull beneath it, so the profile seen from the quay and the shape that meets the water come from a single hand. She is a 115ft (35m) Princess superyacht delivered in 2015, her hull and superstructure moulded in GRP, with a semi-displacement form pushed along by two Caterpillar diesel engines.

Comfort under way

Those Caterpillars hold her at a 20-knot cruise and give her a top speed of 25, and the stabilisers on Antheya III work in both states of the boat, while she is making way and at zero speed once she has stopped, which means less roll whether the party is crossing open water or lying at anchor.

On deck

Teak covers her decks, and a swim platform puts the sea a single step below them, so swimmers go in and come back aboard without waiting for the tender.

Water toys

Eleven toys travel with her alongside an 18ft Williams tender. A Seadoo RXP jet ski takes a rider fast over the water, two Seabob F5S let a pair go out together, and water skis, a wakeboard and a kneeboard are there for whoever wants to be towed. For slower going there is a SUP board to paddle and a Minicat 420 sailboat, with inflatable toys as well, and fishing and snorkelling gear so a line can go over the side or a mask go on wherever she has stopped.

Where she cruises

Split, in Croatia, is her home port, and she cruises Croatia, Greece and Turkey, three countries whose long coasts give a yacht of her speed a wide choice of places to stop.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins take ten guests overnight, and air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout so the interior stays cool and messages still reach home. A king bed and two doubles are among the berths, and five crew look after the group, a crew member for every two guests.

Charter notes

Antheya III suits two couples sharing her or a family spread across her cabins, with July and August her peak months, and she is offered for charter by the week. Her hire allows twelve on board by day, so a day on the water need not be limited to those with a cabin.
