About Lara

Ten guests sleep aboard Lara, and for a day on the water she can carry eighteen, so more people can be with the party by day than stay the night. She is a 98ft (30m) superyacht from Peri Yachts, built in 2010 and refitted in 2023.

Water toys

An inflatable stand-up paddleboard, water skis, a wakeboard, a towable donut and snorkelling gear travel with her, and a 20ft RIB tender with an outboard runs the party ashore.

Where she cruises

Lara's home port is Kotor, on the coast of Montenegro, and her grounds cover Montenegro, Croatia and Turkey – three coastlines, each with its own bays to anchor in and swim from.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep ten: a master and a VIP, each with a queen bed, and two twin cabins that each carry an extra Pullman berth. All are air-conditioned, with satellite television, and Wi-Fi reaches through the yacht. A captain and four crew run her, near enough a crew member for every pair aboard, and her season comes to its height in July and August.

Comfort under way

Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady at anchor as well as under way, so there is less roll to live with, and her GRP hull cruises at 18 knots with 28 knots in reserve.

On deck

The flybridge gives her a wide open-air space, and the swim platform makes getting into the sea and climbing back out simple.

Charter notes

She suits two couples travelling together or a family, and with hire by the day or for three days available, a group with only a short time free still has the crew, the tender and the toys at its disposal.
