Lady Kathryn Motor Yacht

A refit in 2023 gave Lady Kathryn her current shape, an 80ft (24m) motor yacht that Lamberti built in 2012 and that has been brought up to date since.

Accommodation and crew

There are four cabins for eight guests overnight, two fitted with queen berths and two with twin beds. Four crew run her, which works out at a crew member for every two guests, and air conditioning and Wi-Fi reach throughout, so the interior stays cool and connected.

Comfort under way

She settles into a 14-knot cruise and has 22 knots at the top end, which shortens the run between anchorages.

On deck

Her swim platform puts the sea a step away and takes swimmers back aboard without a climb.

Water toys

A SUP board and a kayak are aboard for paddling clear of the boat, a wakeboard and a kneeboard for towing, and there is snorkelling gear as well as fishing tackle. The 12ft tender carries guests ashore.

Where she cruises

Phuket is her home port, at the Thailand end of her range. Beyond Thailand and Malaysia she also operates in Myanmar, the Maldives and the Seychelles, five countries of coast rather than a single stretch of it.

Charter notes

Lady Kathryn suits a family or a group of friends who want the boat to themselves, and by day she can carry twenty, with December, January, February and March her busiest months. She takes bookings by the week and by the day, so a hire can be sized to the group.
