HH Noverra Superyacht

The master suite of HH Noverra runs the full beam of her main deck, with panoramic views and a private study inside the suite, and a beach club opens her to the sea. She is a 156ft (48m) Delta Marine superyacht, built in 2011 and refitted in 2022, the only yacht from her builder that Boatcrowd lists.

Where she cruises

Quepos in Costa Rica is her home port, and she keeps a second base at Suva. Her grounds run through Costa Rica, Mexico, Belize, Panama and Ecuador. Fiji and French Polynesia are on her list as well, and wherever she lies a shallow draft lets her anchor close in, in the secluded spots a cove or a beach offers.

Accommodation and crew

Her five staterooms put ten guests to bed – four king cabins and a twin – and by day HH Noverra takes up to twelve. Three of the kings and the twin sit on the lower deck below the master. Ten crew run her, so the crew count matches the guest count when every bed is taken, and many of them have been with her for years; a dumb waiter moves food and drink between her decks.

Comfort under way

Her hull is a composite semi-displacement design, and two MTU engines give her 21 knots at most and a 12-knot cruise; she burns 350 litres of fuel an hour. Stabilisers work at zero speed as well as under way, which takes the roll out of time at anchor as much as out of a passage, and she is most in demand from December through to March.

On deck

Her outdoor space is spread over several levels: the bridge deck carries a dining area and a bar aft, so a meal can be taken in the open air, and the sundeck is wide, with a deck jacuzzi for a soak with the horizon in view. Inside, the rooms are minimal with an Asian influence, and wide windows keep the sea in sight; she has a cinema for a film, a formal dining room, a skylounge and Starlink to keep her online at sea.

Water toys

A 40ft Intrepid tender is towed behind her for going ashore, and her crew are keen on the water sports themselves. Two SeaDoo Wake Pro jet skis take two riders at a time, two Seabobs and two eFoils go out in pairs, and there are two kayaks, towables to be pulled along, an inflatable pool to swim inside, and fishing and snorkelling gear.

New to charter and offered by the week or as a three-day hire, HH Noverra suits two couples or a family of up to ten, and the twin stateroom, with its pullmans and its own desk, is the room that makes her layout flexible for a family.
