Impact Motor Yacht

A king bed in each of her cabins is the first thing to know about Impact: a couple aboard sleeps in a proper double rather than a pair of twins, whichever cabin they are given. She is a Custom motor yacht of 79ft (24m), built in 2023.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests overnight, and for a day on the water she can carry twelve. A crew of five runs her, which with a full party of ten works out at a crew member for every cabin. The cabins are air-conditioned and she carries Wi-Fi, so the king beds stay cool to sleep in and the shore is a message away when it needs to be.

Comfort under way

Under way Impact holds 8 knots and can be pushed to 12, so she covers the coast at a pace that lets the shoreline be watched rather than glimpsed.

On deck

Her swim platform puts the water at deck level, so a swimmer steps straight off the boat and climbs back the same way without waiting for a ladder or a lift in the tender.

Water toys

A single stand-up paddleboard and a single kayak let a guest leave the boat under their own power and come back when they choose, water skis are there for the guest who would rather be towed, and snorkelling gear opens up whatever lies below her at anchor. A 14ft beach tender carries the party ashore and back.

Where she cruises

Impact is based at Gocek, on the coast of Turkey, and Turkey is where she cruises, with July and August the months she is most asked for.

Charter notes

Impact suits a family filling all ten berths, or couples travelling together who between them make up the same number. She is chartered by the week, and for those with less time a three-day hire is offered as well.
