C Superyacht

Two tenders go ashore from C, a 41ft Novamarine chase boat and a 15ft Survitec, so two trips to the shore can leave at the same time instead of queuing behind a single hull. She is a 178ft (54m) Baglietto superyacht, built in 2021 and refitted in 2026.

Where she cruises

C keeps her home port at Simpson Bay on St Martin, and her Caribbean grounds take in St Barths, Anguilla and Antigua and Barbuda. The British Virgin Islands, the USVI, the Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas round out that side of the Atlantic. In the Mediterranean she cruises France, Monaco, Italy and Spain, and between them the two ranges put Caribbean water and a European coastline within reach of a yacht whose home is St Martin.

Accommodation and crew

Twelve guests sleep across seven suites: two master suites and two VIP suites on the main deck, and on the lower deck a further VIP cabin, a twin with pullman bunks and a children's cabin. Thirteen crew look after them, so even with every suite taken there are more crew aboard than guests.

Comfort under way

Her stabilisers hold her level both when she is stopped and when she is moving – her busiest months are December to March plus July and August – and she cruises at 12 knots with a top speed of 18, so distance is covered at a steady pace with little roll.

On deck

A glass jacuzzi pool on the main deck and a second on the sundeck, which also has a circular seating area, mean there is a pool to sink into on two decks. The upper deck's large dining table and bar seat the party outside, and its lounge has a projector for screening films. The beach club is open on three sides and holds the gym – a Peloton treadmill and bike and a Technogym Kinesis – with a massage area, so training, a massage and a swim all sit at the water's edge.

Water toys

Her toy locker runs to fourteen pieces. Three Sea-Doo jet skis, two Lift e-foils and four Seabobs, three of them with cameras built in, cover the fast end of the range, and four inflatable paddleboards, two rigged for windsurfing, the slow end. Wakeboards, skis and four Jobe towables – a banana, a sofa, a kickflip and a donut – offer a tow to a single rider or to four at once. An Oceandreams floating beach and anti-jellyfish pool give swimmers more room in the sea, and snorkelling sets come in adult and children's sizes, so children are equipped as well as the adults.

Charter notes

C is offered for hire by the week or for three days and suits two couples or a family. The master suites match each other, leaving neither couple with the lesser cabin, and the children's cabin doubles as a playroom, so the youngest aboard have a room that is theirs for the length of the charter.
