Earnout Power Catamaran

Two fishing rods travel aboard Earnout, and with them go a pair of Seascooters and two stand-up paddleboards, so two guests can fish at once while two others paddle away from her side. Two Oceans delivered her in 2025 as a 55ft (17m) power catamaran.

Comfort under way

She rides on two hulls and cruises at 8 knots, with 20 knots in hand when a longer passage needs shortening.

On deck

A swim platform steps straight down into the sea, so getting in and out between swims takes no effort, and a Bimini throws shade over the deck while a barbecue lets the cooking happen outside.

Water toys

The rest of her kit is for being on the water in every way but swimming: a wakeboard, a kneeboard, a towable tube and a ZUP board are for pulling behind a boat, a kayak is for paddling, and floating mats, a water hammock and an Inflatable 360 Trio-Dock with Bar are for lying still on the surface. Snorkelling gear is carried too, along with beach games for the sand, and a RIB tender puts guests ashore.

Where she cruises

Earnout keeps her home port at Nassau in the Bahamas, and her three cruising grounds are the Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos and the British Virgin Islands.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins sleep six guests, a king bed in a single cabin and a queen bed in each of the other two, and a crew of two looks after them. The cabins are air-conditioned, so they stay cool.

Charter notes

Earnout suits a family, or a group of friends, for whom the boat is a base for the water rather than the point of the trip. She is offered for charter by the full week, for three days or as a day hire, with her peak falling in December and the first three months of the year, and by day the count rises to ten, so more than the six who sleep aboard can be with her on the water.
