Atlantia Power Catamaran

Fishing gear comes aboard as standard on Atlantia, a 2020 power catamaran of 64ft (20m) from Lagoon, and with a chef among her crew who builds meals around the day's catch, what is landed can reach the table.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Miami, USA, and she ranges along the coasts of the USA and over to the Bahamas, from the quiet coves of the Abacos to the Exumas and their shallow sandbars.

Accommodation and crew

Five queen staterooms, each with an ensuite head and good natural light, sleep ten guests overnight, and for a day on the water she can carry twelve. A crew of three runs her, handling the cooking, the tender and the watersports.

Comfort under way

Her wide twin hulls hold her level across shallow banks, and she cruises at 10 knots with 16 in reserve. Full air conditioning and onboard Wi-Fi keep the cabins comfortable and everyone connected, with January, February, March and December her busiest months. A draft of 5 feet lets her anchor close in.

On deck

The flybridge is open to the air with a long view over the water, while the salon gives onto the sea through floor-to-ceiling glass; galley, dining table and shaded cockpit share a single level, so the horizon stays in sight from nearly every seat.

Water toys

A jet ski and two water scooters go with her, along with two paddleboards, a wakeboard, a floating mat, noodles and snorkelling gear, and a swim platform puts the water within easy reach. Her tender carries guests ashore.

Charter notes

Atlantia suits two couples travelling together or a family, her five cabins all of the same kind rather than a grand suite and lesser rooms. Beyond the full week, shorter hires of three days, a day or half a day are possible, which lets a group size the trip to the time it has.
