Playtime Power Catamaran

Fishing comes with the boat on Playtime, a 63ft (19m) power catamaran built by Lagoon in 2018, and a 19ft Boston Whaler rides with her for trips ashore.

On deck

Her swim platform turns a swim into a step down and an easy climb back up, and with air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi aboard, the interior stays cool and in touch with home.

Water toys

Seven toys travel with her: two Seabobs and two paddleboards, so pairs can head out at the same time, a wakeboard and a towable tube for towing, and snorkelling gear for the water below.

Where she cruises

Playtime's home port is Exuma and she cruises the Bahamas, with December through March the busiest stretch of her year.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins sleep six guests in a king bed and two queens, while twelve can be aboard by day, which leaves room for friends to come along without anyone giving up a berth. A crew of two runs her.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots with 15 at the top end, an unhurried pace for moving from anchorage to anchorage.
