Maoria Motor Yacht

Zero-speed stabilisers hold Maoria steady when she is stopped as well as when she is moving, so there is less roll at anchor. The 85ft (26m) motor yacht came out of the Numarine yard in 2021.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins – a king and two doubles – sleep six guests, and a crew of four comes with the rental, two crew for every three guests aboard. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi reach through the interior, so the group stays comfortable and in touch.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots with 12 knots at the top, covering water steadily rather than quickly.

On deck

She carries a sauna, and her swim platform brings the sea within a step, easy to get into and back out of.

Water toys

A 16ft tender takes the party ashore, and seven toys travel with Maoria: a Seadoo jet ski, two Seabobs for two riders, a pair of Seawings, SUP boards, water skis, a wakeboard and snorkelling gear for time spent looking under the surface.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Corsica, in France. From there her range takes in Italy, Malta and Monaco along with the coast of mainland France, so a group can have harbour towns and open Mediterranean water on the same trip.

Charter notes

Maoria charters by the week, her peak months July and August, and she suits a family or a group of friends. Six sleep aboard, while a day on the water can be shared with twelve, so the party can be larger by day than overnight.
