Manu V Superyacht

Five crew look after the ten guests aboard Manu V, a crew member for every pair of people on board. Her main deck was rebuilt to a layout of her own in the full refit of 2022, which also renewed the Rodriguez interior: a living area of soft white sofas, and a dining table with a bar that leads out to the cockpit. She is a 112ft (34m) Leopard superyacht, launched in 2010 and built in Italy, with exterior lines by Andrea Bacicalupo.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 31 knots and tops out at 48, so a bay further along the coast stays within a short run.

On deck

The open-air dining table is the centre of her extensive outside deck, and aft a wide hydraulic bathing platform lowers towards the sea for swimming and opens into the garage that holds the tender and the toys. The sundeck gives room to lie in the sun, and the foredeck has comfortable seating of its own.

Water toys

Six toys travel with her: a Seabob F5, a SUP board, JOBE towables, snorkelling gear and an inflatable pool whose net keeps jellyfish out, so there is a sheltered place to swim off the boat. The 14ft Williams Sport tender takes guests ashore.

Where she cruises

La Spezia is her home port and Portofino a second base, and she ranges along Italy, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins are laid out as an owner's suite with a king bed and two walk-in wardrobes, a queen, two doubles and a twin, all with memory gel mattresses and each with its own bathroom. By day she carries twelve.

Charter notes

She suits two couples sharing her or a family taking a week's hire, and when the party is larger she is set up for events of up to 40 guests.
