Merry Fisher Power Boat

Scuba diving travels with Merry Fisher, and a single crew member runs her, so the helm, the lines and the anchoring are somebody else's work rather than the guests'. She is a 26ft (8m) Jeanneau power boat, built in 2018.

Water toys

Fishing and snorkelling both come with her, so a line can go over the side while the boat sits still, and a mask and a pair of fins are enough to see what lies under her.

Where she cruises

Merry Fisher's home port is Hvar, in Croatia, and Croatia is the whole of her cruising range, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Accommodation is a single cabin, with a berth for a guest staying overnight, while by day she takes eight – and the same crew member who runs her looks after all of them.

Comfort under way

A cruising speed of 28 knots and 40 knots at the top end mean the distance between stops costs little of the day, so a party that wants to keep moving can.

Charter notes

The hire is arranged as a full day or a half day, and a couple who dive will get the most out of her: the boat, the crew and the diving arrive in a single charter, so the day is given over to the water.
