Knight Superyacht

Two tenders travel with Knight, a 42ft Hydrasports Custom Boat and a 13ft AB Jet tender, so two groups can leave her side at the same time and neither waits on the other to come back. She is a Heesen superyacht of 163ft (50m), built in 2011 and refitted in 2023.

Water toys

Diving is well provided for: six sets of scuba gear go aboard, so six divers can be kitted out from what she carries, and snorkelling gear serves those who stay at the surface. For speed on the water there are a Seadoo GTX LTD jet ski and two Yamaha FX-HO, and two Jet-Surf GP Pro let a pair of riders be out together. Water skis, a wakeboard and a towable banana are for pulling behind a boat, two SUP boards and two kayaks move under paddle power, and a surfboard, inflatable toys and fishing gear make up the rest of the fifteen toys she carries.

Where she cruises

Knight's home port is Tahiti, in French Polynesia, and her grounds span the South Pacific and Central America. On the Pacific side she works French Polynesia, Fiji, New Caledonia and New Zealand. On the American side her list takes in Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Mexico and Belize, so the choice of where to take her is wide.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep twelve guests, in a king, two queens, two twins and two pullman berths. A crew of nine looks after those twelve, and her peak comes in December, January and February.

Comfort under way

Her stabilisers work at zero speed as well as under way, so the roll is taken out of her at anchor and on the move alike, and she cruises at 14 knots with 24 knots available when there is distance to cover.

On deck

A deck jacuzzi puts a hot soak in the open air, the swim platform keeps the step down into the sea short, and a gym means training carries on through the charter.

Charter notes

Knight suits two couples sharing her or a family, and a group of divers above all. Her hire is by the week, and for a day on the water up to thirty can be aboard, so the party need not stop at the guests who hold a cabin.
