B Happy Motor Yacht

Four cabins and four crew set the rhythm of a week aboard B Happy: a crew member for every two guests she sleeps. She is a 103ft (31m) Hargrave motor yacht, built in 2004 and refitted in 2022.

On deck

Over a charter week her swim platform matters more than it sounds – a flat, low step into the sea, and an easy climb back aboard afterwards.

Water toys

Six toys come with her, plus a 28ft Contender tender that takes the group ashore. Two jet skis mean two riders can go out together, there are two SUP boards for paddling, and an E-foil as well, with fishing and snorkelling gear aboard.

Where she cruises

Eleuthera, in the Bahamas, is B Happy's home port, and the Bahamas is where she cruises all year, with January, February, March and December her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Two kings, a queen and a pair of singles between them sleep eight guests. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout, so nobody aboard is cut off from home.

Comfort under way

Her stabilisers work under way as well as at rest, which takes the roll out of a crossing in open water. She cruises at 10 knots with 15 knots available, and uses 40 litres of fuel an hour.

Charter notes

Hire is by the week, and she suits a family or a group of friends of up to eight who would rather have the boat and the toys handled for them; when the group grows, twelve can be aboard for the day.
