Oracle Motor Sailer

A single Dijiwa Yacht sails in the Boatcrowd fleet, and Oracle is that boat, a 115ft (35m) build from 2023 with two king beds and a double across her three cabins.

Water toys

Two tenders travel with her, and two boats mean two runs ashore can happen at the same time rather than a single boat shuttling between yacht and beach. Two SUP boards put two paddlers on the water together and two kayaks do the same for another pair, both of them quiet ways to move around an anchorage without an engine, and she carries snorkelling gear, so time in the water is not limited to swimming.

Where she cruises

Raja Ampat in Indonesia is both her home port and the second base she works from, and her cruising stays within Indonesia, Southeast Asian water she keeps to year-round with December to March as her peak.

Accommodation and crew

Six guests sleep aboard Oracle and ten crew look after them, so there is more than a single crew member for each guest. Air conditioning keeps her interior cool and Wi-Fi keeps the party connected.

Comfort under way

Oracle is a motor sailer, with sail to set as well as engines, and she cruises at 6 knots with 12 knots available when a longer leg has to be covered; passages are taken at an unhurried pace and the extra speed is kept for when distance matters.

Charter notes

Oracle suits a family or a group of friends who want a boat sized for a small party. Her hire runs as a full week or a three-day charter, and in either case twelve can be aboard by day, so those who sleep aboard still have room to bring friends onto the water with them.
