Julianne Motor Yacht
About Julianne
A refit in 2022 brought Julianne up to date, and under way she uses 100 litres of fuel an hour. Crescent Yachts built the 110ft (34m) motor yacht in 1991.
Accommodation and crew
Four cabins, each with a queen bed, sleep eight guests, and a crew of four looks after them. Air conditioning runs through the cabins and Wi-Fi covers the yacht, so nobody has to choose between being cool at night and staying in contact with home.
Comfort under way
She cruises at 12 knots and holds 20 knots at the top end, so a longer run takes less of the day when she is pushed.
On deck
Her swim platform brings the sea within a step of the yacht, easy to slip into and easier still to climb back out of.
Water toys
A 39ft Nor-Tech tender is big enough to carry the whole party ashore, and it tows a towable tube for riders behind it. A Seabob travels with her too, and snorkelling and fishing are both aboard.
Where she cruises
Eleuthera is her home port, and she cruises the Bahamas, busiest in December and then through January, February and March.
Charter notes
A week's charter in the Bahamas suits a family or a group of friends who want the boat and the water handled for them. She also goes out for day and half-day hire, when twelve can be aboard, so friends and relatives beyond the eight who stay the night can join in.
