Liberata Motor Yacht

Liberata carries her own fishing tackle, and her swimming platform moves, so the water is a step away rather than a drop from the deck. She is an 88ft (27m) Canados motor yacht, built in 2011 and refitted in 2023.

Water toys

Two Seabobs travel with her, so two riders can be out at once, alongside water skis, a Ringo towable and snorkelling gear. A SUP board and a kayak cover the slower paddling, and a 15ft RIB tender handles the trips ashore.

Where she cruises

Bodrum, on the coast of Turkey, is her home port. Turkey's own bays lie closest to hand, Greece is within reach for the Dodecanese Islands and the Cyclades, both of them clusters of islands to anchor among, and Cyprus sits within her range as well.

Accommodation and crew

She sleeps eight across four cabins: a master, a VIP and two twin rooms, with a pullman adding a further berth. Every bathroom is ensuite and the air conditioning can run right through the night, and with four crew aboard there are two guests to each of them.

Comfort under way

Her zero speed stabilisers work when she is stopped as well as under way, which cuts the roll at anchor. Liberata cruises at 18 knots and can push on to 28.

On deck

A hard top with a sunroof covers the flybridge, giving shade or open sky, and the barbecue up there cooks in the fresh air. A deck shower takes the salt off after a swim.

Charter notes

Liberata suits a family or friends who want the water within easy reach, and a charter with her runs a week, or three days as a shorter rental, with July and August her busiest months. By day she can host twelve, so a larger group gets time aboard.
