Number One Sailing Catamaran

Fishing gear travels with Number One, part of the eight toys she carries. She is a 67ft (20m) Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran, launched in 2018.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins give eight guests a bed, and a party of twelve can be aboard for a day on the water, so friends outside the overnight group can still come along. Three crew run her.

Comfort under way

Under way she settles at 10 knots and has 16 in hand, and her peak months are July and August. Air conditioning cools the cabins, and Wi-Fi, satellite television and films on demand are aboard for a group that wants them.

On deck

Number One carries a jacuzzi in the open air on deck, so there is warm water to sit in without going below.

Water toys

Paddleboards and a kayak are the quiet way to get about, the kneeboard and the towable tube the fast way, and there are inflatable toys and snorkelling gear for anyone happy to stay in the water beside her. A beach tender handles the trips ashore.

Where she cruises

Greece, Turkey and Cyprus are all within her range, and her home port is in the Cyclades, in Greece, which gives three coastlines to choose between rather than a single stretch of shore.

Charter notes

Number One suits a family or a group of friends: she takes day charters and can also be hired for three days, so a smaller group can come aboard for a short stay and still have the whole of her, cabins, toys and crew included.
