Satisfaction Sailing Catamaran

A water slide is the toy that marks Satisfaction out, carried at extra cost along with a jet ski and fishing gear, and it does the plain thing a slide on a boat is for: it sends guests straight into the sea. She is a 55ft (17m) sailing catamaran from Custom Made, built in 2024.

Where she cruises

Phuket, in Thailand, is her home port, and her cruising takes in Thailand and Malaysia, so time aboard her can be spent on the coast of either country from the same starting point.

Accommodation and crew

A single cabin sleeps two guests, and four crew look after them, which for a couple means two crew members to each guest.

Comfort under way

She cruises at eight knots and tops out at ten, so she suits short hops along a coast rather than long passages; her peak months fall between December and March.

Water toys

Nine toys travel with Satisfaction. Two SUP boards let two guests paddle off under their own power, a floating island and a set of floating toys give the others somewhere to lie in the water, and fishing and snorkelling gear mean a line can go over the side or a mask and fins can go on. The Seabob and the jet ski come at extra cost, as the slide does. Her beach tender runs guests ashore, and a swim platform puts the water a single step away from the deck.

Charter notes

Satisfaction is offered for day and half-day hire with up to forty guests aboard, and for a group that size the slide, the boards and the floats give plenty of ways off the boat and into the water. For a couple she is a different proposition: a private charter where the crew, the tender and every toy aboard are shared with nobody else.
