My Way I Motor Yacht

A fuel burn of 80 litres an hour, two generators and a full set of Simrad navigation instruments say most about how My Way I is put together: VZ Yachts launched this 75ft (22m) motor yacht in 2015.

Accommodation and crew

Three suites on the lower deck sleep 6 guests: two have double beds and the third a pair of berths, and each comes with its own bathroom, a separate shower and chromotherapy lighting. The galley is separate and the crew keep independent quarters; 3 of them look after 6 guests, a crew member for every pair aboard.

Comfort under way

Zero speed stabilisers work at anchor as well as under way, so My Way I rolls less in both. She cruises at 20 knots and has 28 in hand.

On deck

The top deck is laid out for sunbathing, with sunbeds, 3 chaise longues and poufs that turn into mattresses or armchairs, and a dining table with a C-shaped settee, a bar, a fridge and a barbecue for eating in the open air. A wide sunbed in the cockpit takes 6, and the hydraulic bathing platform astern is reached straight from there, lifting the tender and the toys and opening the water to swimmers.

Water toys

A 14ft tender with a 30 hp engine handles trips ashore, and the Seadoo Spark jet ski seats 2, so a rider can take a passenger. Water skis, an inflatable kayak, an inflatable SUP board, 2 Seawings and snorkelling gear travel with her.

Where she cruises

Naples is her home port, and Italy is her cruising ground, July and August her peak months.

Charter notes

My Way I is a boat for a family or a group of friends hiring her together, with 6 sleeping aboard and up to 12 on board for a day on the water.
