Arga Motor Yacht

Stabilisers hold Arga steady when she lies at anchor and stay in action once she is moving, which takes much of the roll out of both the nights in a bay and the hours on passage. Sirena Yachts finished her in 2023, a 70ft (21m) motor yacht that a crew of two run for her guests.

Accommodation and crew

Eight guests sleep in her four cabins: a master with a king-size bed, two VIP cabins with a queen each, and a twin. Air conditioning reaches all of them and Wi-Fi covers the boat, so the cabins stay cool and phones stay connected.

Comfort under way

Two engines give her a cruising pace of 16 knots and a top speed of 28 knots, so the stretch of water between two bays is crossed quickly rather than endured.

On deck

Her flybridge sits under an electric folding roof, so the upper deck can be open to the sky or in shade within moments, and a sunroof brings light and air into the interior. A sound system plays inside and out, a bimini adds shade of its own, and a swim platform puts guests a single step from the sea.

Water toys

Seven toys travel with her, and her 12ft Williams Jet tender takes guests ashore. Two Seabobs come aboard, so two guests can take one each, a paddleboard offers a slower way onto the water, and water skis, a wakeboard and inflatables are there for towing. Where she cruises

Nice, in France, is Arga's home port, and her cruising grounds are France, Monaco and Italy, so three countries are within her reach from a single base.

Charter notes

Arga suits a family or a group of friends, and her hire runs by the week, for three days or for a single day, with July and August the height of her season. Whatever the length of the charter, up to twelve can be aboard by day, so the group can be larger in daylight than it is overnight.
