Azzurri Motor Yacht
About Azzurri
Patricia Urquiola Studio drew the interior of Azzurri in soft neutrals, warm woods and quiet textures that leave the view to the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the layout it dresses puts the master suite on the main deck: a full-beam cabin with a king bed, a vanity desk to port and an en suite with twin sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench to sit on. Aft on the same deck, two fixed tables with sofa seating and chairs stand under overhead shade for meals outside, and sliding glass doors open them to the saloon, where two sofas face a low table and a television folds down from the ceiling when the room is wanted as a cinema. She is a 90ft (27m) Sanlorenzo motor yacht built in 2024.
Where she cruises
Her home port is Zadar in Croatia, and Croatia and Montenegro are the two countries she works from there – two coastlines reached from a single starting point.
Accommodation and crew
Four cabins sleep nine guests. Beyond the master, three double cabins lie below deck, each with a bed for two and the same calm finish as the suite above them, and a crew of four look after everyone aboard, with July and August the two months most asked for.
Comfort under way
Her stabilisers are rated for zero speed and for passage alike, and what that gives is a hull with less roll whether Azzurri lies at anchor or holds her 11-knot cruise; she will make 17 knots when asked, and her fuel use runs to 250 litres an hour.
On deck
The upper deck carries sunloungers aft together with a wide daybed under a retractable canopy, so it can be shaded or left open, and beneath the hardtop a large round table with chairs and a built-in sofa seats the whole party at once. The foredeck is laid out as two separate guest areas: cushioned benches built in on either side of a pair of teak tables, and, raised a step on the superstructure behind them, a broad sunpad with headrests set into it, open to the view and to full sun.
Water toys
A hydraulic swim platform lowers to the water, and from it the toys go in: three paddleboards to stand and paddle, a kayak for two, a Seabob, a Fliteboard, a towable JOBE inflatable for pulling at speed, and a netted pool that lets swimmers stay in the sea inside a net. Masks and snorkels go with them for looking beneath the surface, and a Williams 435 tender, kept in her own garage, takes guests ashore.
Charter notes
Azzurri suits two couples or a family, and while a week's charter is her usual form, she also takes three-day bookings and can be hired by the day, when the party aboard may grow to twelve.
