Queen Martina Motor Yacht

Queen Martina gives her master stateroom the whole of her beam and carries an e-foil among her toys, the two facts about her worth knowing before any other. She is a Sanlorenzo motor yacht of 87ft (27m), delivered new in 2024, with Italian styling outside and an interior drawn by the same yard, and her main saloon holds the dining table, so a meal taken indoors is eaten in the same room as the seating.

On deck

Her outdoor space is divided between a main aft deck, a foredeck and a sundeck, and the sunpads and outdoor bar give a place to lie in the sun and a place for drinks poured in the open air. A side walk lets guests move about her outside without going through the interior, and a swim platform puts them at the water's edge for going in and climbing out.

Water toys

Queen Martina carries seven toys and a 10ft Williams Jet Tender, and the tender is what takes guests ashore. The jet ski gives a single rider speed across the water, two SUP boards put two paddlers upright on it, the e-foil lifts its rider clear of the surface, and two Seabobs travel with them; fishing tackle and snorkelling gear cover the slower pleasures of a line over the side and a look at what lies beneath.

Where she cruises

Her home port is St Tropez in France, and she works the coasts of France, Monaco and Italy, so a guest joining her at her base has the western Mediterranean shoreline of three countries to choose between.

Accommodation and crew

Four staterooms sleep eight guests: a king in the full-beam master, which has its own ensuite bathroom, a queen in the VIP, and two twins that convert, so those beds can be made up as singles or as doubles to suit the party. A crew of three looks after the eight, with a galley of her own for meals prepared aboard.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 27 knots and can reach 32, so the miles along the coast pass quickly beneath her, and July and August are the two months at the peak of her year.

Charter notes

Queen Martina suits a family or a group of friends, and she is offered for a week's charter, for three days, or by the day, when she can have twelve aboard for a day's hire on the water.
