On Time Superyacht

A beach club at her stern folds its balconies out over the water and takes in a swim platform, and the gym inside it – a Technogym Kinesis wall – looks straight out to sea. On Time is a Sanlorenzo SX112 superyacht of 112ft (34m), launched in 2024 as a crossover that joins explorer lines to a flybridge profile, her exterior drawn by Zuccon and her interior by Studio Lissoni.

Comfort under way

Volvo IPS propulsion gives her a 12-knot cruise with 23 knots in hand, and joystick controls turn that power into small, exact movements when she comes alongside or noses into a shallow bay; her fuel use is 200 litres an hour. Her stabilisers are rated for zero speed and for passage alike, and a 26ft beam adds steadiness, so the hull sits level whether she is lying still or making way.

On deck

Her decks run on several levels and open into each other, with a jacuzzi set in the bow, sun pads and open-air lounges on the main deck, and dinner laid on the aft deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interior with daylight, and the rooms are kept spare and calm, in the way of a villa on Ibiza.

Water toys

A crane puts her 525 Sport Jet tender in the water for trips ashore. A jet ski, a Seabob and an E-foil head her toy list, three paddleboards put three people on the water together, and a wakeboard, water skis and a towable sofa are there to be pulled along astern; a water slide can be added as an extra, and she carries snorkelling and fishing gear too.

Where she cruises

Mallorca, in Spain, is her home port. Her grounds run through Spain, France, Monaco, Italy and Malta. Around Mallorca itself On Time can lie off the harbour town of Port de Sóller or under the cliffs at Sa Calobra and Cap de Formentor, and Es Trenc gives her a wide beach backed by dunes with nothing built along it. Further off, the Amalfi Coast has its villages set on the cliffs, Portofino its harbour and Saint-Tropez its beaches.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests, with July and August her peak months, and twelve can be aboard by day: the master has a king bed, the two VIPs a queen each with bathrooms of their own, and the two twins, a convertible among them, add a pullman berth. A crew of six – captain, chef, engineer and two stewardesses included – looks after those ten, with the chef cooking from fresh ingredients.

Charter notes

On Time suits two couples, who have three double cabins to choose between, or a family that wants twins alongside doubles, and she can be taken for a week's charter or a three-day hire. The master suite has a private lounge behind floor-to-ceiling glass and a bathroom en suite built like a hotel's, so whoever takes it has a sitting room as well as a bedroom.
