About HP6

HP6 puts her master stateroom on the main deck and two of her guest staterooms on the lower deck with views out almost at sea level, and stabilisers that keep working when she is stopped take the roll out of both at anchor. She is a 98ft (30m) Riva motor yacht delivered in the summer of 2021, with a silver hull and an interior kept modern and spare.

On deck

There are two places to eat outdoors: a table on the aft deck for meals in the open air, and a second on the sun deck with a large bar area to go with it. Forward, the bow has a sun pad sized for five or more and further seating and lounging space ahead of it, while large awnings over both the foredeck and the flybridge mean there is shade to sit in as well as sun.

Water toys

A Williams Sportsjet 435 is her tender for going ashore. Two F5S Seabobs come with her, alongside paddleboards, an electric combo JetSurf, a wakeboard and water skis, so there is a board to stand and paddle on and something to be towed on at speed. An inflatable donut is pulled behind as well, a floating platform gives swimmers a place to climb out and sit on the water itself, and a Nautibuoy Sport 800 Teak and two GoCycle GX travel with her too.

Where she cruises

Mallorca in Spain is HP6's home port, and Spain and the Balearics make up the whole of her cruising ground, so she never leaves Spanish waters; July and August are the height of her season.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests: the master with its king-sized bed, walk-in closet, safe and ensuite bathroom, two doubles below decks with their own bathrooms, a twin, and a convertible cabin that makes up as a second twin. Television in the saloon and in every cabin carries Netflix, Prime, Now TV and Apple TV with Sky, set up to suit each guest. A crew of five look after the ten, a chef among them, which works out at a crew member for every two guests.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 20 knots and will make 26 flat out, and the same stabilisers keep working under way, so she covers water quickly and does it without the roll a passage at speed would otherwise bring.

Charter notes

HP6 suits two couples sharing her, or a family spread across all five cabins, and she is offered for a shorter stay as well as a full week's hire. Ten is the most she carries by day as well as overnight, so the party aboard by day is the same ten who sleep in her cabins.
