Icona Superyacht

Two stabiliser systems work together on Icona, a gyroscope and a set of fins, and between them they hold her steady both at anchor and under way. That pairing is a rare fitting on a superyacht of 100ft (30m), and it means less roll whether she is lying to her anchor or covering ground along the coast. She was delivered by Riva in 2025.

On deck

Her tender and her jet ski stow in a garage, which leaves the swim platform clear for getting in and out of the water. Elsewhere she carries generous outdoor lounging areas and a separate space set aside for sunbathing, so ten guests have room to spread out in the open air.

Water toys

The Williams Diesel 435 tender takes the party ashore, and the Seadoo jet ski is there for anyone who wants speed on the water. Two Seabobs and two stand-up paddleboards travel with her, along with water skis, an Awake wakeboard, inflatable toys, and snorkelling gear for looking beneath the surface of an anchorage.

Where she cruises

Icona keeps her home port at Mandelieu, in France, and her cruising grounds take in France, Monaco and Italy, three neighbouring coastlines a guest can reach from a single base.

Accommodation and crew

Ten guests sleep in five cabins: a full-beam master on the main deck with a king bed and a bathroom fitted with a Japanese toilet, and four double cabins on the lower deck, each with its own ensuite. A crew of five look after them, which on a ten-guest yacht comes to a crew member for every two guests.

Comfort under way

Twin MTU diesels give her 26 knots flat out and a cruising speed of 23 knots, so a passage between two harbours is over sooner.

Charter notes

Icona suits two couples who each want a double cabin with its own bathroom, or a family with children, for whom she carries a junior-sized water ski. Her owner offers her for rental by the week or as a three-day yacht charter, with July and August the height of her season, and for a day on the water she can welcome twelve, so two more can join the ten who sleep aboard.
